Something that was nice about oak elm was its location, it was on the east side of campus connected to the best dining hall, in my opinion. One of the things that I didn't like about Elm was the issues that came with how old the building was (i.e., having no working bathrooms for a week--twice, the lack of AC, the heater being very touchy on the temperature, and old window).
