Larch Hall Dorm Reviews at ISU

Larch Hall at ISU is a small community of people with the same interests in mind. I would definitely say it is the "cool" dorm, but that is my opinion! Every seemed very outgoing and friendly and I loved my time there.

Like all residence halls, it has its ups and downs. Overall, it's a great dorm in a great location. You also only have to travel downstairs to go to the dining hall. You're also connected to two other halls which is great when you have friends living in those dorms as well.

My experience at Larch Hall has been awesome as a freshman at ISU. I live on the first floor, and the study rooms on each floor are great places to study, gather with friends, or eat a meal. The thing I love most about Larch Hall is the dining hall connected to it along with the two other residence halls (Willow and Maple).

Larch Hall was absolutely amazing! I made so many lifelong friends on my floor. My roommate was never home and my room was across from the bathroom. I spent most of my time in the den studying or being silly with those who lived on the floor.

So far my experience at Larch hasn't been too been bad but I still prefer to live in an apartment after my first year. The bathrooms at times are kinda dirty before maintenance arrives. In general, it's not that bad.
