Delaney isn't a bad place to live, but sometimes it's hit or miss with roommates and/or neighbors. You can hear music and loud talking from those on the other side of the wall, but, if your neighbors end up being quiet and considerate, there shouldn't be a problem.

I have only lived here a month and I am the the room neighboring the laundry room, so the noise is there. It is not bad though, and out of the people that I have met, they were great. I am right around everything I need to be near, so the location is also nice.
