Kentucky Hall Dorm Reviews at KSU

I stayed at this dorm during my sophomore and junior year of undergrad. I liked that the dorm was very close to all of my classes, the student center, and close to many places to eat. The size of the rooms was decent, and the common lobby was very quiet. I also liked that the lobby had a downstairs area to relax and study.

Kentucky Hall is not too bad it can be loud if someone is playing music out loud or in the shower. Everyone is really friendly, especially the RA's their pretty chill. they don't really enforce the rules

Kentucky Hall was very fun. I enjoyed staying in the dorms this year. It wasn’t the experience I dreamed of but it was more than enough with COVID being an issue. Room checks were done often to maintain cleanliness and order. We had floor wars where we would decorate our doors and were rewarded for our beautiful decorations. The R.A’s made sure we had a great time every week while encouraging us to stay focused on school.

It was a quiet environment for the most part. They have a roach & mold mold problem, but fairly clean. Nice resident assistants. There was a constant heat/air conditioning problem. But overall, one of the best halls on campus.

It was great ! There weren’t any complaints. Everyone was nice and got along very well! Also it was very comfortable for me and my roommate. We were right across from the student center as well as UC.

There wasn’t any noise keeping you up at night, or any unsettling creatures roaming around the halls. It was all very comfortable, and I was able to meet many people from the comings and going’s through the common areas. RAs would frequent activities, so there was no being bored after hours.
