Lee Ostapenko Hall Dorm Reviews at Marymount

There are many maintenance issues such as power outages, hot water outages, bugs, and dirty floors. It is a good dorm if you dont want to share a bathroom and want your own common area and kitchen. It is good if you want to live with multiple friends.

Ostapenko Hall is the best on campus dorm. It has a living area with a kitchen and living room area with couches and a table. You get to room with people but also have privacy, which is the real college experience. I currently live in a 5 person room which has 3 bedrooms. Two people in two of the rooms then a single room. I live in the single room and when I want to I can go in the living area with my roommates its the best.

Overall, everything is very clean and efficient. I have yet to experience any issues with the elevators, bathrooms, etc. My room specifically has had issues with the kitchen stove not working at times, but nothing major. I would definitely reccommend this building to other students on campus.

Osta is a great place to live on-campus because you have the freedom of being in your own apartment style room on campus. It is very comfortable and you have the ability to cook your own food in the room if you so choose, which is very beneficial.

Very nice with the right people not very loud. You get a sink stove and fridge as well which is very nice. The RAs are not nosy and respect people’s privacy. Its not crowded. Overall its a very nice place.

My time living at lee ostapenko hall, was a complicated exprience. but when you first move in, you will have to clean. the dorm collect dust the bathroom get dirty very easily. the kitchen is small but it very big for four college students. but the kicthen cabnets, are very small so you'll have to be consense about how much things you store in the kitchen.

only bad part about Lee Ostapenko is the walls are very thins. but so far my floor is very quiet also my floor mates are very sweet and understanding. living here has giving me the reality of living on my own, I had to learn how to budge for groceries, for clothes, shoes. also it gave me a reality on how much stuff cost.
