Tinius West Hall

The only real complaint I have is that the showers are very short and the wind blows through them so I tend to get cold. There's only one shower in my closest bathroom that really works well, so if it's full I just don't shower. Also, the cleaning staff cleans all the bathrooms at the same time every morning, so if you want to pee during that hour you're just screwed. But all in all it's clean and quiet and the room is pretty darn spacious, much more so than Tinius East, and the common area is pretty, if a bit dark. more

Warlick Hall

Warlick is one of several dormitories on campus where you have to scan your ID to get in. Warlick Hall and Fails Halls share a lobby, so it can get crowded sometimes. It is not a great place to do homework as there are always people in there playing video games. Warlick has larger, 3 person rooms and it was nice to have the extra space. You could also bunk two of the beds to create even more extra space if you wanted to put a couch or something in there as well. Having the rooms so close together forced us to interact with our neighbors and this led to some great, lasting friendships. It was not that easy to interact with people at the other dorms I have lived in. Each of the 4 branches of Warlick have two shared restrooms, which is about 4 rooms per restroom. The restrooms did not get cleaned very often, which was a little frustrating. At one point our AC stopped working, and it took several weeks of pestering for Maintenance to come fix it. more

Davisson East Honor's Hall

The dorms at OC are all super nice, but the dorm that I live in is great because of the people that are OC and how great the staff are at OC that will always help you with anything. If anything goes wrong in the dorms maintenance is always there to help fix it. more

Wilson East Hall

It’s a very safe and clean dorm. We have activities and weekly get together or emails from our RA and he offers advice and reminds us of campus activities. We are given room checks to check for cleanliness and that there is nothing against the rules of the university rules inside of our dorm stories. I really like that if we request a support pet that it will be considered. It’s a male only dorm story and with it be a Christian University we aren’t allowed members of the opposite sex into our rooms. I find it a very nice, clean and accommodating facility. more

Davisson West Honor's Hall

Living in Davisson is like living in a giant house will all of your friends. The eccentricities of the residents add to the endearing charm of being in the honors program, and the community promotes an undeniably positive experience. more

University House South Hall

Very nice. Everyone is super nice and helpful. Kinda stingy on the toilet paper but lots of fun activities that are going on. I just don’t like how you can’t cook in your room. You have room checks which are nice but the dryers suck on the third floor (6+hours to dry) and maintenance won’t fix/replace them more

Fails/Warlick Hall

A little dirty but a lot of fun. The community is the best part of Fails/Warlick and just OC in general. All of the people are really friendly and great. I haven't had a bad experience while I have been here. more

Fails Hall

The individual rooms are very nice and comfortable. Overall, everyone is quite friendly and I enjoy being around them. The bathrooms and laundry rooms are conveniently located around the facility. The dorms are decently sized as well. more
