Lincoln Hall Dorm Reviews at Ohio University

Lincoln Hall is home to the fine arts majors so it can be noisy sometimes. My floor was the quietest floor so it was pretty good. The staff came around daily to tend to the clean environment but during the weekends, the halls and communal bathrooms can get somewhat bad.

I am a former resident of Lincoln Hall, I loved it so much, I stayed in it both my freshman and sophomore years! We had a very active community in Lincoln, we even took a weekend trip to New York City in the spring! Our RAs and RDA were all great, easy to talk to, cared about us as well as our well-being and education at OU! I would stay in Lincoln again if I were to do it all over again.

Lincoln hall has been a very welcoming place. As the main dorm of choice for college of fine arts students, finding friends has been easy. The availability of a practice room for students is also nice, as people can practice dance, work out, or practice their instruments in the room at any time. The inclusion of a sink in each room has made it very convenient to live here as well.

I lived in Lincoln Hall my freshman year of college and enjoyed it a lot. The residents were loud due to their majors but the staff that worked in the building kept it as clean as they could and were so kind. It was amazing having a sink in my room along with an elevator in the residence. The building had outdated study rooms and could have used a nice update. Overall, I did think it was a great place to live my freshman year.
