Wentz Hall Dorm Reviews at OSU

Wentz Hall is one of the more affordable housing options on campus, but it is a really good hall to live in. The rooms have way better storage than the commons and are bigger. The building is also closer to more classroom buildings. Also, there tends to be more parking. Overall, if a little bit of scratched paint and a lived in building doesn't bother you, I recommend it as the best traditional dorm.

Wentz hall is a very clean and spacious dorm room that is one of the most inexpensive places to live on campus. You never heard the noise of others and all of the staff were super nice and considerate.

It's honestly a nice and quiet place to live for a college student. The bathrooms and showers are cleaned daily, and there are a few loud noises throughout the day. People usually mind their own business.

My experience was okay. There was a leak in my ceiling from the day I moved in and while they fixed the tiles, it would continue to leak. It stopped the second semester. The room was either way too hot or way too cold, I fixed the cold problem by buying a curtain, but this caused my roommate to move out (and lie that it was the leak that was never fixed). Also the door never stayed open.

Wentz Hall is one of the oldest dorm buildings at OSU. Therefore, we did not have the most up-to-date things. The bathrooms have been dirty from time to time. The custodians work hard at keeping the building clean throughout the day. Other than that my experience at Wentz Hall has been positive.

Wentz Hall has been rather quiet, even though people are in their rooms often due to COVID. The faculty has been very helpful and charismatic to the people living here and cleans daily to maintain a good environment.

The dorms are quiet and the people are friendly but the men’s bathrooms are absolutely disgusting, not because of the staff, but the people. Can’t complain for the price though and the location is pretty close to the center of campus, making trips no more than 10 minutes to anywhere on campus.

My experience at Wentz hall has been amazing for it being my first year at college. The floor managers are extremely nice and try their best to make sure everyone is doing okay especially during a year like this with covid-19. Wentz has also done a really good job at keeping everything clean and covid friendly for the students to stay safe. I wouldn't change anything about my experience because it has honestly been amazing.

It has been really nice. It is in a good location for a lot of things and it is usually quiet and peaceful. Wentz has a great community. Our floor has group activities to do atleast once a week. The CMs are great and nice

Wentz Hall is an old building, and everyone is in close proximity, but it really helped me to make friends and get to know people! Its also almost dead enter of campus which makes it easy to get to classes

I really like the area wentz hall is in. Very nice people working the front desk and cleaning the halls and bathrooms. The lounges are always clean and organized. The only bad thing is the doors shut very fast and loudly.

It's the cheapest and closest place to live on campus. With Covid there aren't to many activities put on, but on a normal semester there's always something to be involved in. Plus there's a great view
