Holly Pointe Dorm Reviews at Rowan

My stay at Holly Pointe was refreshing as I am a freshman in college and have never been to or lived in a dorm before. I loved how big the dorm was compared to ones I’ve seen online before or on tours to other colleges. Additionally, the air conditioning was perfect as I’d been worried that the room was going to be too hot. There was only one issue that I came across and that was that someone threw up in the communal sinks and it wasn’t cleaned up until the next day. It kept everyone from using that communal area for awhile. Overall, my stay has been amazing and I felt very comfortable away from home there.

Holly Pointe was a great freshman dorm to live in because it had air conditioning and great study spaces. It is very convenient that there is a dining hall and starbucks right in the building too. The only downside is that it is about a 15 minute walk from classes, but so is older classmen housing, so it makes the transition easier into sophomore year.
