Great first experience in a college dorm. It was a little outdated but what college dorm isn’t. People were friendly and they were sure to provide students with appropriate resources to make it feel like home.

The Quads only have heating, no air conditioning, so it is very hot during the winter months. Most students have their windows open and fans on 24/7. Each floor is separated by gender. Each floor (separated by gender) has its own community bathrooms have 2 stalls and 2 showers and is shared by 6 to 8 people.
