The Grove is not that bad. The staff is extremely nice and willing to help. Plenty of opportunities of getting some prizes when they attended events for residents. However, the parking lot is a mess based on the trash and dog feces not being picked up. Also, both of my roommates and my bedroom is different from the other. 1 of us has a bedroom and bathroom that is two times big than the other 2. So I think it is kinda a ripped-off of my money. Overall, The grove is alright. more

Buena Vista Apartments

It was a decent and cheap place to stay. I stayed here for about a year and went to Mississippi State. It is about a 10 minute drive from campus which is not too bad. I only paid about $500 in rent for a one bed one bath. Bats were a problem though. more

I have enjoyed living here my 3 years of college it is really nice! The rent is at a good rate and the parking is really easy compared to other student living. However, there are some problems here and there but the good most definitely outweighed the bad! more

So far it’s has been good, I got lucky with a nice room for my first year in college. The people in the office are super sweet but, it takes forever to get maintenance to fixed something. So far it’s been a pretty smooth from living at home to living here. more
