Honestly nothing to complain about, it contains a lot of transfer students. Despite not being one myself it helps a lot that the people around me are new to the town so that I can show them the ropes and feel like I am being helpful. :D

I had an amazing time staying at the CVB apartments. The area is very clean. The people on the same floor as me are very respectful and no loud banging or loud noises are to be heard after hours. Overall 9/10
