It was fun , make good friends no matter what background. Bathrooms, laundry and everyhting was clean. Only thing I would change would be availability in washers and dryers because everyone always wanted to do it at the same time more

Joe West Hall

The building is old, so you can't expect much from it, most of the problem comes from the lack of soundproof walls. You can hear almost everything if the person next to your dorm is talking, and the showers seem to have a problem of not obtaining water efficiently (which leads to a big pool of water). more

The Bricks and Joe West Hall

I love the layout of Joe West, there are 6 bathrooms on each floor. I'm glad I chose this dorm because there is a sense of community. It's easier to meet new people here compared to the other dorms because in the others there are more people on a floor. more

Personally I believe your on campus living experience varies depending on your roommates. When I lived in CVB I had three roommates and they were all my friends. We each had our own rooms. It felt like we were living in a regular apartment. more

Washburn Hall

Washburn is the smallest room you’ll have. There isn’t a lot of room and if you plan on going to a college. Housing is the most important. Always make sure that you submit that housing application sooner! more

It is nice to be able to have access to your own bathroom as well as a kitchen. It is almost like living in an apartment, the rooms are pretty spacious as long as each roommate doesn’t bring too much decor. more

My experience in the dorms was not so bad during the semester but when I was in the finals, there were many occasions that my classmates from above had a lot of noise and I could not concentrate myself, the bathrooms smelled bad when they were not cleaned continuously, but despite that I knew many people and I appreciate it. more

For the most part, the neighbors are quiet and don't make a lot of noise. The grounds is maintained weekly, so they are well taken care of. I have been living here for the past 4 years and don't have any plans on moving in the near future. more

Living at CVC was a good expeiernce. It has a great location, I was able to wake up and go straight to class without ever being late. During my class gaps, I was able to go back to my dorm to get rest, eat, and or grab things for my next class. more
