It was pretty good for my 1st year at SVU. We each had our own space. It didn’t have a kitchen but that’s is because it was like a dorm-like setup. We had our own bathroom within the dorm so that was nice. more

Carriage

Carriage was not worth the price. I took out loans to cover the building that I’m still paying off, for old bunk beds, stained green carpets, and a shared bathroom with 5 other girls. There was never enough room for all our food, and the building was always unlocked, making it so unsafe. more

Lofts

In first moving into the lofts, it was nice and clean. However, during the semester, it became unruly and gross. The football players (who make up most of the population of the lofts) are always dragging in their cleats on the carpet floor and every smell clings to the carpet- so it’s hard not to be bothered by it. The cleaning staff tries so very hard to keep up with the mess the students make, but it’s like the students have no respect for the grounds. It’s in a beautiful location though! more

It was a cheap place on campus. It was not clean, not super enjoyable but it worked for the 2 semester I was there. The staff do what they can but it is a old building and have some issues. A friend had a bad leak from the roof and it caused a huge problem for the entire floor. more

Craton Hall

I lived here for the first year of my college experience. Craton Hall is stationed conveniently on campus so it is about a 2 minute walk to get to most classes. The staff is always friendly, and the security of the building is taken seriously. more
