There was air conditioning, private bathrooms, carpeting, multiple common areas per floor, and the cafeteria was below us! The only bad side was practicing fire drills only to find that the fire exit is locked and everyone needs to exit through the middle of the building (which does NOT have an emergency/fire exit).
