West Village Dorm Reviews at Texas Tech

It is pretty good. The rooms are nice, however the bathrooms and kitchens could be better for the price that is paid for them. Somethings in the dorms need to be replace, but they just do temporary fix-its. No common areas. Very far from the rest of campus; some of my classes are 30 minutes away.

West Village is one of the newer dorms offered by Texas Tech. Everyone has their own room but some can share one living space. I enjoy the privacy of my own room to sleep in. The only down side is how far the dorms are from my classes.

I loved staying here, I was so sad to leave the dorms. One of the best dorms I have ever seen. We had many events and I met almost all of my friends here. I had everything I needed, it was close to the gym and it was quiet.

My experience at West Village has been amazing, It feels like I’m living off campus but I’m still on campus. Staff and student staffs are very nice and helping. West Village is pretty far from the center of campus but it’s just a easy five to ten minute walk to get to classes.

I decided to stay on campus my second year of school and West Village was an amazing choice. It is practically like an apartment. but I'm still on campus, so its very easy to get to classes. I love how there is a kitchen inside each room along with two bathrooms.

I love West Village and the only thing that would make it the best place ever was if they had baths in the bathrooms and it wasn't at the edge of campus. However, the staff is the friendliest, as all people in Lubbock are kind.
