College Ten Dorm Reviews at UC Santa Cruz

The College 10 dorms offer a comfortable mix of size and spaciousness, providing students, like myself, ample room to cultivate their academic pursuits and personal growth. The living spaces not only facilitate a comfortable living environment but also encourage a sense of community and collaboration as well. However, in complete honesty, I must acknowledge that there are areas where improvement is needed. The communal bathrooms within the College 10 dorms, while convenient in terms of accessibility, can at times fall short of the cleanliness standards. As someone committed to maintaining a healthy and hygienic living environment, I recognize that this challenge could impact the overall health and comfort of students.

I spent my first year in the residential halls of College Ten. Overall my experience was good and I met a lot of new friends in my dorms. Additionally, bathrooms were mostly clean and the dining hall is decent.

Of the dorm communities within UC Santa Cruz, College Ten is the newest one and, as such, has newer and cleaner facilities than other dorms. I found that the people here were all kind and friendly, and the dorms and common areas are generally clean. Depending on your luck, you may hear others from above/below/next to your room if they are being loud.

College Ten is one of the best dormitories at UCSC. It is nearby the dining hall and Social Science buildings. The space is quiet with lovely trees surrounding it. The dorms are quite modern as well! Bathrooms are very clean. Students are friendly.

College 10 was safe, quiet, and was a reasonable dorm room size and had a good amount of furniture. The bathrooms were typically clean, with the exception that on the weekends they weren't cleaned and could become very dirty.

Surrounded by trees and right next to the bus stops. Also across the way from the health center and really close to the dining hall. Short walk to the bookstore and science buildings. There's plenty of places to explore too.

College 10 was an amazing place to spend my freshman year, everything there is so new and clean, and the people are so friendly as well. I had a floor of amazing friends, and an RA who was super chill and kind.
