Church Hall Dorm Reviews at UGA

The location was perfect for walking to class, and the rooms were much bigger than any other dorm, with lots of individual storage! However, the dorm is outdated and in need of renovation. The walls were thin, so we could hear our neighbors above and beside us screaming at all hours of the night, and the RAs did little to remedy the situation.

I love how Church Hall is small because it feels like a family. You also feel like you are at a summer camp which is fun. I also love how I can walk to the dining hall and to all my classes. The only think I have to drive to is east campus.

Overall, good experience with students and staff. Janitorial staff is very good and there are rarely bugs in the dorm. Maintenance requests are very inefficient though. Our only common space is the lobby. I wish there was some type of lounge. The building and bathroom is decent but very outdated. It desperately needs an upgrade.
