McWhorter is one of the best dormitory halls on campus. Ive been here for two years now and I can say that I am throughly enjoying myself. The staff is always nice and approachable. The residents are to themselves and respectful of our living space. The only downside to Mcwhorter and east campus altogether is the distance from main campus and the unreliable transportation towards main campus.

McWhorter hall is the best dormitory building in UGAโs campus. Everyone is welcoming and tends to themselves. If you need a maintenance it gets checked almost immediately . The staff is very respectful and approachable.

My experience at McWhorter Hall is fairly decent. Some roommates bring people who don't live over and let them sleep over. Some residents play really loud music, especially at night. It is nice that you have the option to have your own room but it can be very expensive

It was not the typical dorm experience given that they were apartment styled. I had five other roommates so it was fun to have the living room for movie nights and kitchen for dinners together. It made me closer to them. The ride to campus is not that bad but you do have to plan your bus rides or you will be late for class. No communal bathrooms which was also nice.

I lived in a 4 bedroom room in McWhorter Hall my freshman year of college. It was nice not having to use communal bathrooms however, my specific bedroom was only made for one person and I shared it with my roommate so it was very cramped. It was also too far off campus for me so getting to class was harder and took more time. It was very convenient that a dining hall and the gym was so close.

McWhorter hall has become a home to me over the past few months. Despite all of the COVID-19 restrictions and the social distancing, my roommates and I make sure that we keep our fun in tact and enjoy our time in college.

I lived in McWhorter Hall as a freshman. Although the amenities were amazing compared to what's typical of a freshman year dorm, the location in East Campus was so far from everything on campus, and the other residents didn't tend to leave their doors open which, I'm told, is what tends to happen in other dormitory buildings so that you can make friends with your hallmates.

My experience at McWhorter has been quiet positive. It a quiet community, tucked away on the East Side of campus. It has been a great place to live, especially as a first-year student. McWhorter is a great way to adjust to the college experience, without having to share communal bathrooms or tiny spaces.

I enjoyed staying at McWhorter Hall because it felt like more of an apartment than just a dorm. I am also a biology major so the location for almost all of my classes was very convenient. I made some of my best friends staying at McWhorter and had a great overall experience.
