Overall spacious during quarantine. Separate bedrooms and common living area, two bathrooms, and kitchen with stove, oven and microwave. Cupboards, standard size refrigerator. Nice to be able to store food instead of eating everything in one day. Large table for study space.

River Hawk Village is a nice, quaint building with a very interesting history. Its location allows you to have quick enough access to vital resources such as food and the gym. It is close to the University's baseball stadium and the Tsongas center, where it can be used as a venue for sporting or other events.

River Hawk Village has some great apartment style buildings with the benefits of financial aid consideration. Best of both worlds at Umass Lowell and still close to East campus and the Tsongas/Bars (if you're old enough)

I love this place because it holds a lot of students. Gives them plenty of opportunities to interact. It is also good since it comes with a fridge and a kitchen, which gives students varieties of food.
