It's off campus but not considered off campus. It's a little annoying going across the street everyday but it's not the worst. Not much student life there but it's a super nice building. It is the most expensive place on campus which makes no sense but overall really nice.

Urso is across the street from the main campus. It's a further walk to class compared to UT's other dorms, but the amenities are extremely nice and work satisfactorily. I'm in a single apartment-style room, super cozy, really quiet, overall I've really enjoyed living here on campus!

Urso is a beautiful, small, and quiet place for upperclassmen to live close to campus, but maybe not too close. My biggest concern is crossing Kennedy Blvd. late at night, and the risks associated with that. The rooms are definitely too expensive for how small they are (especially the doubles), but they all have fantastic views and are well maintained.
