Howard & Patricia Jenkins Hall Dorm Reviews at UT

While living in this particular dorm room I felt like I was living in a hotel. The common room and bathrooms were always clean thanks to the staff the University sent in once a week to help clean. It is difficult to stay on top of cleanliness while navigating the hardships that come with balancing academics, independence, and social life, so living in a space that was so large and clean allowed me to focus on my academics rather than stressing over my living situation. I was so thankful to be put in this dorm because there was always maintenance staff ready to help and campus safety was nearby. The location was perfect for walking to classes, dining halls, and parking garages. I would recommend this dorm to anyone that goes to the University of Tampa.

The room was really nice. My suite had 2 singles and 1 double room. The common area was nice with a couch and a table. Every suite has two bathrooms, which is really nice and the only dorm on campus to have two per suite. The eleventh floor is a big event space and many campus events are held there so it’s convenient to attend. When it’s empty students are allowed to use it, so we held movie nights there.
