VSU Quad 1 Dorm Reviews at VSU

Quad had their bathrooms. Every Saturday they would have trash people collect trash from outside your door. One of the best dorms experiences that I have had from my years of being. Of all the dorms I recommend this one

My experience with the residence in my dorm has been pretty wonderful, but the main issues come from our RA. My floor has had some issues with our RA's attitude and behavior. I have encountered other RAs who are very respectful. Along with our RD.

This specific dorm, The Quads, are for the students in the Honors College. I enjoyed being in this dorm specifically because I like being around people who are in the same program as me, create study groups, and like minded people all around. I loved having my own bathroom and not having to worry about sharing a community bathroom which usually has questionable hygiene and sanitary. I had a great time living in this dorm!

it was alright, i didn't need much so it wasnt bad if i didnt come out of my room. but people were loud after quiet hours, trash in the hallways, no trash bins on each floor, the community rooms were always locked, there were spills in the hallways that could be days before clean up,

I really enjoyed quad 1. I feel as thought that is the best dorm building on the whole campus for freshman. Quad 1 is very peaceful. The only thing that could mess up the dorm is the people. which we can't control.

Personally Quad is the best place to live at when attending VSU. Yes it’s a form but it’s like more so of having more to yourself. Of course you are sharing but it’s more of having things to yourself like the bathroom for instance, you not sharing with the whole hall you have one for just you and your roommate(s).

Even with us still in a pandemic, it is nice for all individuals to receive a single-feel room even after selecting a double on the housing application. I find it comfortable. It feels like my own mini apartment (minus the furniture).

My experience in Quad 1 has been pleasant thus far. Everything has been easy to find, including common areas and dumpsters in the back. The rooms are nicely spaced and I appreciate the socially distanced areas due to COVID.
