Cochrane Hall Dorm Reviews at VA Tech

This dorm has AC. To access my room in the suite, there are 2 locked doors which I like for safety reasons. There is a food hall on the lower level called West End, and D2 dining hall next door. It has been a convenient location and walking to my classes.

While the staff is very quick to help, and maintenance is regularly done, I believe that the other residents take away from the living situation. There seems to be a lack of respect and boundaries within the building. Students are constantly destroying property inside, and parties are thrown every single weekend.

I absolutely love living here! Living in a suite is the best choice I ever made and Cochrane is the perfect suite for us! The bathrooms are very nice and clean, the common space is very nice and spacious, and the rooms have just enough space for my roommate and I. Highly recommend!
