It's not entirely bad. It's not the nicest looking building on the inside, but it is also not the worse. I wish the kitchens and study rooms were nicer, but they're not terrible. However, this building does have AC and it is suite style.

I enjoy living in peddrew-yates hall especially with the Ujima living learning community living in Peddrew-Yates due to the black community that is prevalent in a majority caucasian area and college institution. Also I enjoy the sweet set up as well as the bathroom set up.
