Stevens Court Apartments Dorm Reviews at University of Washington

My experience at Stevens Court Apartments has been overall a positive and enjoyable experience. The community at Stevens court—including the staff, students and RA’s—is kind, and you can rely the staff to get things done and nice neighbors. The community areas are pleasant as there is a comfortable lounge with an outdoor patio, and plenty of grass, flowers, and benches in between the buildings to sit and watch the rabbits play while you work. Thankfully, the interior of the units are very spacious, have big windows with natural light, and offer clean and generously sized bathrooms and kitchens. The location is nice, as you have access to the Burke Gilman trail, the waterfront park, and are a short stroll from the District market and Red Square. The biggest con is that because of the location, there is often noisy people in the middle of the night out on the streets and the trail.

Great apartments for a lower price than other apartments on campus at the University of Washington. Own bedrooms with an apartment kitchen and living room and shared bathroom with all roommates. Either 4 person, 6 person or Studio Apartment and also family housing
