Lowell is a very quiet dorm. Not nearly as social as other dorms, but the locations is very nice. Most rooms have their own bathrooms, dining hall is downstairs, and has three elevators. However, some rooms have heating/air conditioning issues that maintenance cannot do anything about. Stayed here for two years. First year, I was stuck with a super tiny room that stayed at 70+ (highs of 80s) degrees year round even during summer time. Also can't open windows which is a big con, but overall I would recommend.
