I lived on the first floor of Walters hall near the main entrance. We had issues throughout both semesters with losing hot water. The bathroom was cleaned daily, but somehow the bathroom stalls would still end up dirty with fecal matter and menstrual products. The communal kitchens have a microwave and one fridge with a freezer (the freezer is a tight squeeze). The laundry room had four washers and six dryers which was very useful but not easily accessible since it was in the basement, this being said there was an ADA laundry room located on the first floor. The residents were mostly respectful with remaining quiet during silent hours and the RAs cared about their residents!
