Winship Hall Dorm Reviews at Agnes Scott College

Two beds and two closets make up the space allotted to two roommates. A desk and a bookshelf are also included as well as a large built-in rack within the closet to place shoes. With two bathrooms on each floor, you are never too far from- though sometimes too close to- a toilet and shower.

I enjoyed living at Winship. I really felt like I was safe there, as the only key cards that work to get into the actual dorm area are the ones that belong to residents of that hall. The common areas are really nice places to hang out. The bathrooms and other areas were clean the majority of the time. I only wish that there was more parking close to the hall, as the parking deck is across campus.

It is in a superb location central to campus and easily accessible from downtown Decatur. It is an old building but well-maintained and recently renovated. There are also plenty of windows that fill the dorms with lots of lovely natural light (which is especially nice for students who opt to keep plants).

Overall, it was pretty good. Unfortunately a majority of the girls there refused to clean up after themselves, so a lot of hair was left in the showers and in the sinks sometimes. Overall, it was okay.
