I loved staying at Babcock. The Dorm was nice as it was mainly suite styled so you have your own bathroom that you share with your roommate unless you had a single room. Maintenance was always quick and extremely efficient. Staff was always helpful and nice as well. Pool was always clean as well as all common and study rooms. Kitchen was cleaned everyday and had lots of appliances available.

While Babcock is actually off campus by technicality, the proximity of the streetcar stop allows the building to have all the benefits of proximity to central campus while being insulated from some of the more unruly aspects of campus life like Greek Life and proximity to busy class buildings. Babcock is quiet, close-knit, and a breath of fresh air compared to the rest of the dorms on campus.

It is a nice place for new freshmen to get to know the dorm, the campus around the area as well. It had a nice pool, a kitchen, and a laundry area. It is a really nice place to start living on your own and it is even better when you have a good roommate.
