North Park Quads Dorm Reviews at AState

NPQ is a safe place to live and is close to my classes. I also like having my own space. I have not had any troubles, but if I had, there would be easy procedures to follow. The only thing I wish is that the laundry was in the building instead of a separate building.

As soon as I arrived on move in day, there was a huge hole in our bathroom, mold on our ceiling, and all of the outlets in my room are dented and barely usable. For the first week of school, our AC went out in our whole building when it was on average 102 degree outside everyday. It took them several days to get the AC fixed.

It was a very good experience. Areas were very clean and it was very well located. It was just a short walk to the union but there was a story in the middle of the quads for convenience. There was also very good parking for each space. Overall, I had a very good experience here.

My experience has been great! As a freshman on campus I love the fact that I have my own room. It's nice to be able to have your own space and get away from everyone every once and a while. The three other people I share the quad with are great and we all get along.

The North Park Quads are suite-style dorms that offer gated parking. In each suite, there is a kitchenette, a common area, 4 bedrooms (two on each side), and 2 bathrooms (one on each side). The rooms are pretty good sized and so are the bathrooms. However, the residents on level two and three are always stomping and causing loud noises for the ones below. The wifi and internet are fine; but, the connections drop often.
