Founders Hall Dorm Reviews at BGSU

I’ve enjoyed living in Founder’s Hall. It is fairly clean and tidy, and it’s fairly well maintained. The only complaints I would have about it is having to walk a greater distance across campus than other options, and a lack of parking. But other than that, it’s a good place to live.

My experience at Founders is a pretty good one. As a Freshman in college at BGSU, I feel as if I got a very good dorm room. Compared to some of my friends enrolled here, my dorm is very nice and cleanly. I thank the BGSU RSG everyday for putting me randomly with the best roommate I could have asked for. Also, with the best suitemates ever too. Founders Hall is very good for a starting freshman in college.

didnt like my roommates but the hall itself was nice. the common spaces were great. in house free laundry was awesome and there were some classrooms downstairs which made for an easy walk to class some days

It's a good residence hall overall. There is a very very small kitchen that can really only fit three people in it at best, and there is only one tiny laundry room on the second floor, but overall, the dorm is a fine place to live.

I would say that my experience at Founders Hall is pretty decent. The sound level is considerable with slightly thick walls as well as having adequate sized rooms for people interested in either single or double.

I love my single room but wish it wasn't so loud. The showers take a while to get hot and the water smells pretty bad but other than that I like the dorm! The carpet also has a few stains which is gross but the closet space makes up for it.

Currently because of the current state of the world I have the room to myself. I consider myself an introvert so I enjoy that aspect of it. I do enjoy having a room to myself and I love being here. There's plenty of space and the common rooms almost everywhere. So, there are places the hang out and study. The staff is also very nice.

Founders hall is more relaxed and isolated than the other buildings on campus, it has less residents making it feel safer and easier to meet new people. I found it easy to balance my school life and social life.
