Mountainview College Dorm Reviews at Binghamton

Mountainview was a great place to meet new people and it was also a good proximity to the academic buildings. The RAs were always willing to help if needed and I enjoyed the suite living style because it allowed me to be social if I wanted or alone if I needed.

Mountainview college is a great dorm to choose, with plenty of study space and community space. The dorms are quiet and spacious, perfect for studying, working, and spending time with friends. Although the walk is quite long, its location is beautiful.

Awesome community and has the best dining hall, however the location is a bit inconvenient. My calves always got a great workout walking up to my dorm though! Parking was also a huge plus- I never had to spend a long time searching for parking.

Mountainview was my home for 2 years at Binghamton. Whether it was from the common field that everyone always hung out on, or the dining hall being right across from my building, a sense of community was always there.

Groups are tightly formed, but everyone is very genial and polite and the space in general is well taken-care of. The community is close to our dining hall and not too far from the bus and the center of campus.

My experience at Mountainview College, if anyone would ask me for any recommendation for which dorming community to choose I would definitely recommend. Mountainview has the most beautiful view of the whole campus and it’s near the Nature Preserve which is where you can take long quiet walks through the woods. It’s very quiet at night but during the day people are always playing some sport on the quad. We also have the best dining hall !
