I love in Ramseyer for two years. My only complaints are loud people/parties and the maintenance wasn’t great. The hall costs $100 extra because it is an air conditioned hall, yet the air was rarely on, making the room sticky and humid at times. The laundry room also was never really clean and at least one washer was broke at all times.
