Aliso Dorm Reviews at Cal Poly

Aliso during my year was usually quiet and is the closest building to campus out of the Poly Canyon Village campus apartments. It has a laundry room with an app to keep track of the washer and dryer availability but the students do have a habit of taking out other people's laundry and leaving it on top of the machines if the clothes have been sitting in there for too long.

Living in Aliso as a first-year student was fantastic. The janitors and the Aliso housing center staff are very helpful and kind. If there were any problems with the apartment the staff took care of it immediately. The walls are so thick in the Aliso apartments that I can rarely ever hear my neighbors. A downside of Aliso is that it is so far away from Vista Grande, the UU, along with many other big parts of campus.
