I lived in tsitqawi for my first year at Cal Poly. I think that the experience is probably pretty different every year considering different majors occupy it. While I was a resident, it was the COSAM living learning community. It was quiet and clean and everyone was respectful of one another. The rooms get a lot of natural light and there are large, well lit and furnished study spaces throughout. For someone doing a lot of work, but that still wants to have fun this is a great option.

Vey clean. Not the funnest building but a great community nonetheless. Maybe 3 or 4 fire alarms throughout the school year. About 15 minutes away from Campus Market but 5 minutes away from Vista Grande and even less for Scouts. Pretty views everywhere

This dorm is very quiet, especially compared to the other dorms on campus. I have never had a problem studying here, and I love the rooms and bathrooms. I think the bathrooms in this dorms, as with the other new dorms, are the best ones offered for freshmen at Slo. They have lockers, changing areas for the showers, and are very clean and modern. Overall, this is a great dorm that I would highly recommend to incoming students.
