Blue Ridge Dorm Reviews at Coastal Carolina

Blue Ridge is very large and provides students with plenty of space in their dorm rooms. You don't feel like you are living in a "college dorm" although it is still university housing. I also love that we have a full size kitchen which makes it very easy to cook and make food for yourself and feel completely independent.

My dorm room at blue ridge is on the third floor which makes it nice to look out the windows because i actually have a view. Also my dorm room is spacious and is clean so it makes it nice to move in and feel comfortable.

Blue Ridge is in the very back of University Place and is very secluded. Due to COVID, there isn't a lot going on, but for what it is, it is not horrible. The dorms itself are nice and come fully furnished with good couches and all rooms are about average. Nothing extraordinary with furniture; typical desk and chair with full-size bed and bathrooms are nice along with the shower.

I lived with three roommate and had to share a shower with one of them. It was an okay experience, i only got along with one of my roommates. The other two were quite unfriendly, always wanting something or wanting to pick a fight

The experience here has been quite eventful! Despite the roaches and spiders every once in a while I enjoy being here. The view of the pond from our living room is tranquil. Living in this dorm is like living in your own apartment. The rooms are spacious, we have a living and kitchen area and a laundry space. The neighbors can be noisy on weekends especially!

First year here, I hear music blasting almost every signal night. There is always stomping around, The RA's do not do their jobs to the fullest but my roommates make the best of both world. The environment in a whole is interesting. We have a pond to look at so that is amazing!
