The College of Idaho Dorm Reviews

Hayman Hall is one of the nicer dorms at COI. I am fortunate to have a private room on the first floor. My room is right next to the RA. However, Hayman Hall is not well maintained. Bits of the ceiling fibers fall on me and my bed daily. The vents in the kitchen on the second floor are completely blocked w dust and dirt. The mens bathroom is very dirty. On move in my sign off sheet said the adhesive had been removed and that the room had been cleaned but it had not. It is loud at night so I put my headphones on if I need to sleep and am not with my friends. All of the dorms at COI are in rough shape. The mens bathroom is so dirty that I don't want to use it. more

Frequent ambulance & train sounds, but that is probably the case with all CoI dorms. Rooms may be smaller than other halls but feel cleaner and more modern. Very close to the cafeteria, common areas are ok. This experience is from 2014/2015 so things may have changed. more
