My apartment flooded during the big winter storm. Maintenance was easy to work with and helped out however the general staff had terrible communication and was planning on letting me and my two roommates live in a two bedroom with no doors while paying for a three bedroom three bathroom apartment. more

It's made my first semester away from home feel comfy and doable. I love the area and I genuinely feel like I'm starting a new chapter in my life. The apartments helped in that by making sure my rent was convenient and that I have enough facilities to keep up with my self in terms of school and mentally/physically. more

I loved living at The Venue on Guadalupe. The apartments are spacious, quiet, and very affordable for the location (around $1100/month per room). There is a parking garage just below the building, which has a very convenient entrance. The location was great as well—just on the edge of West Campus. You are close to all the action without having the drawback of the noise. I only had two problems with the Venue—the elevator frequently went out when I lived there and very often the hallways smelled like trash. I never saw any staff, they stayed in the leasing office and were very hands-off. more

Loomis is a very intriguing dorm to live in for your first year of college. It provides a space for people, of all backgrounds, to meet each other and live together. Loomis is very close to the dining hall, classrooms, and athletic facilities. It is a very nice dorm in terms of the tight-knit community it creates. However, the facilities could be improved. The building needs to be remodeled/maintenanced. more
