Laurel Village - Pinon Hall Dorm Reviews at CSU

Although I only spent one semester in this dorm, it proved to feel rather lavish by dorm standards. It was nearly brand new at the time of my stay, so the amenities and cleanliness were pretty much unmatched by any other dorm on campus.

Great building with a large study hall with Macs, and personal study rooms, too. Very close to a cafeteria, a school gym, and a great bike shop. Most class buildings are 15 minutes away or less. Wheel chair accessible. Would definitely recommend to most people.

Piñon hall is one of the newer buildings so there is an air system that none of the other halls have. It is located between 2 dining halls and a little ways from some cafés and some other food places.

These dorms are new and recommend for students pursuing any major in STEM due to the atmosphere is productive. The RA and other STEM clubs try to get residents to involve with other students to create a network within their major.

The hall I stayed on was very nice. It is one of the newer buildings so there's an air conditioning system and the rooms are pretty spacious. The dorm is also very close to two dining halls within walking distance.

It's a nice place to live on campus. It's one of the newer dorms, so I have the luxury of having an ac system in my room. The rooms are more spacious than I anticipated, which was a pleasant surprise. Sometimes my floormates can be loud, but that is mostly on Friday nights, which isn't a huge issue. The weekends are quiet when everyone leaves. There are many common areas in the building, so it's not hard to find a nice quiet place to work. I enjoy being close to one of the dining centers, which makes picking up meals convenient. Overall I really like my dorm.
