It has been an experience. The shower situation is very non-traditional, or maybe traditional depending on the historical and cultural lens through which you view the circumstances. I don’t necessarily mind the age of Newsom hall, in fact in someways I find it quite charming; the ivy that creeps up the walls definitely add character. The lack of air conditioning is only a downside for about the first four weeks of school. The rooms are very traditional and very much what I was expecting coming I to college. Overall, my experience so far has been enjoyable to say the least.
