Hoyum Hall Dorm Reviews at Concordia

It was a great location for all music students. However, many students would practice their instruments/sing in their dorm room, making it a noisy place to live. It was mostly clean except if someone threw up on weekends, it would not be cleaned until Monday, which is inconvenient.

Hoyum is one of the best dorms on campus even if it's one of the oldest dorms. The students are very respectful, the building is well kept, and the staff is great. I am even friends with almost the entire floor I live on because of how amazing everyone is and how strong the community is at Hoyum.

Living at Hoyum you are closed to the music building which is a perfect option if you're a music major. The dorm is very nice and cozy. Wash and Dry are free. It's just access to the kitchen and laundry room is all the way in the basement but other than that everyone basically stays to themselves.
