I lived in Encinitas hall my freshmen year at Cal Poly Pomona. The experience at Encinitas was just that an experience I was able to make friends with people that I still talk to today on a daily basis.

The building was run down and dirty. The bathrooms were very unclean and we often had no toilet paper. The building was noisy and it took a good while to get maintenance done. The staff and everyone was super nice and did their best but the building was way too old and run down. The carpet was disgusting.
