Donahue Hall Dorm Reviews at DeSales

I have lived in Donahue for two years and have thoroughly enjoyed my stay there! The staff and students on campus are very kind and I felt overall safe that each wing of the building requires key card access. The dorms are very spacious and the staff ensures the entire building is kept in great condition. The only drawback of this residence hall was the noise level throughout the week, but there were multiple ways I was able to destress during anxious moments. I appreciated the ESA program in which allows students to have an emotional support animal on campus with proper documentation. I was more content and overall comfortable to have a little piece of home with me and it made my stay in Donahue even more meaningful. I would, however, suggest it to be beneficial to include a study area for those students who would prefer to do their work in seclusion and do not have the option of an ESA. The moments I spent in Donahue will be cherished dearly for many future years.

Donahue was pleasant overall to stay at, however, the RA's did not enforce regulations on nose control. It was very bothersome while attempting to study and we shouldn't have had to leave our room where we preferred to study.

Very quiet, clean, and reserved, but not much to do during down time. There are better common areas around the campus that include televisions, ping pong tables, and other recreational activities, but Donahue seems to be missing these amenities.
