Warren-Franklin Hall Dorm Reviews at Del State

My experience within living in Warren Franklin is that it is nice and pretty big and comfortable. There is a bathroom with a shower and a walk in shower which is also convenient. I like living in this dorm

While the building is old and quite bland, in my opinion it's pretty alright. When I got to my dorm all my suite mates were sweet and greeted me nicely. There are 3 rooms per suite and two people per room, with a bathroom, shower, living room and sink area for all of us to share. On the first day you arrive you get to unpack from 9a.m. until 7p.m., then there will be a meeting describing all the rules and such. Laundry is completely free and Garbage disposal comes once a week. The only downsides I experienced was waiting for repairs. My suite's air-conditioner was broken upon arrival, and it took two weeks to get it fixed, but it was only in our dorm; at least, on our floor. If you plan on living in Warren, bring lots of decorations, even for the ceilings, everything is left bare with old scratches on the floors and stains inside the bathroom sink counters...

Being at the Frank was not a horrible experience. There could have been more cleanliness amongst the entire building since hallways were constantly trashed. The staff was quite decent and responded to messages or complaints often. There wasn't much to do in the dorm but just stay in the room. There was only one common area available and it was barely used
