Towers Hall Dorm Reviews at Drexel

Towers Hall is more than what I expected it to be. The view from towers Hall is magnificent, it gives you a glimpse of the entire city. I also really like the community at towers hall, all the students and staff are extremely friendly.

I stayed at Towers Hall during my freshman year of study. Overall I enjoyed the experience a lot, I met a lot of long-standing friends and felt safe most of the time. The environment was welcoming and I had no issues settling in.

I enjoyed the views of the bay window. Towards the end of my stay I did experience issues with the elevator which made me nervous. I do not like that there are two types of desks in the room. Lastly, the facilities (laundry room, kitchen) were not the problem, it was how certain people left them.

I loved living here! I wish the spaces were a bit less old-looking but other than that, it was amazing! The communal bathrooms took a bit to get used to but there is no invasion of privacy, no judgements, and no hostility in these bathrooms.

Everything is always clean and convenient for the residents. The staffs here are always willing to help you solve your problem. The building is well designed for students to perform different activities such as bonding, doing laundry or studying.

The experience in this Dorm may turn off some students from choosing to live in a dorm style living experience for their next year due to its "prison" like environment- the environment feels sterile and the bedrooms itself are pretty small and feel crammed.

I enjoyed my stay at Towers because it gave me the typical college experience--which was exactly what I was looking for. It's a traditional style dorm, where you have one roommate and a communal bathroom. Theres a lounge on each floor with a skyline view of Philly, so I recommend living on the higher floors for the best view! I personally liked living in Towers over the suite style dorms (race, north, van r) because they have communal bathrooms and you don't have to worry about buying toilet paper and soap. With suite-styled dorms, each room has a bathroom that you share with 4 or 6 people that you have to clean and to provide your own toilet paper and soap with. I liked Towers because it was clean, they have the biggest rooms on campus, and it was always lively and energetic.
