The Little Building is very conveniently located at Emerson, and it could be a lot worse for a freshman-year dorm hall. However, the layout of the rooms and room assignments is random and really unfair in terms of individual space assigned. more

great dorm building, definitely the best one on emerson's campus. quick access to the lions den for food and near lots of classrooms. always security in the lobby and maintained very clean. also pretty closeby to other off campus restaurants and stores. more

The Paramount Center

It is the worst off-campus experience I have ever had. They did absolutely nothing during COVID-19 to help us as students or residents. Mostly everything including maintance was closed and in case of an emergency they would not help at all. I believe they do not care for their residents. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and time, please! more

The common rooms seam nice, but there are way too many people living in 2B to be able to fully use the common rooms by yourself. If you are ok with sharing the space with others you'll be ok, but if you are anti-social you won't like it more

The Colonial Building

I moved in here this previous semester and it is very convenient location wise! Super close to the night life, and classes if you are in person! Loved the floorplan and how quiet the overall apartments were. They do allow pups which is very nice. The only thing I had a problem with was the neighbors above me. Seemed like they were always were stomping their feet - after a notice to management (a few times unfortunately) it seemed to stop which I was very grateful for considering I am a full time student. Other than that I enjoyed living here and would recommend! more

Paramount Center

Paramount was a perfect place for me-- it was a block away from the rest of the academic buildings, situated right in between Chinatown and Downtown Crossing. It provided the perfect separation between education and home! Also, it's pretty awesome to see the giant marquee of Paramount and get to say you live there! more
