Bryan Hall Dorm Reviews at FSU

A great dorm to live at under any major. Cool place to meet friends and other classmates, too. Very central to brody and a good location with short walks to the center of campus. Noisy during the night time.

Bryan Hall has many things I love, and many things I wish could be changed. The location is fantastic; I am less than a minute away from the dining hall and from the on-campus Chick-Fil-A. The staff are friendly and very easy to talk to. As for safety, I never have felt in danger. Each student has their own personal ID card that can unlock their dorm and their dorm only. There is minimal risk for outsiders or older students entering a building they're not supposed to. However, I am not as impressed with the rooms. It could be due to my lack of college experience, but I found the rooms where very small. It feels like there's barely enough space for one person to live comfortably, let alone a secondary roommate. The walls are so thin I can hear the precise song the person three doors down is playing or someone next door ragequitting a game. Maintenance is super quick when it comes to changing locks or fixing security, yet things like bathrooms or washers can broken for weeks. It feels like I sacrificed convenience for security, which I am not at all opposed to. However, it would have been nice to know exactly what I was getting into before I started living in Bryan Hall.

Bryan Hall was part of a living-learning community in which all the residents were a part off. I thoroughly loved my stay in this dorm as there were many events, through which I have created incredible friends.
