I have been in Traditions Hall for half a semester and overall it has been good. There have been no external disturbances and the staff has been very helpful/hospitable. My only real complaint is firstly, the walls are fairly thin. I can hear everything my suitemate says in his room. Also, the staff have not really gone in to clean the restrooms and the kitchen was fairly dirty when i first came. This may be due to COVID, so this is not that big of an issue given the circumstances.

Living in Traditions has been perfect for me being a film student as it basically less than a 5 minuet walk to class everyday. Also its with in walking distance of grocery stores so you don't need a car and its super nice to have a room to your self and a kitchen that you only need to share with one other person. Which is perfect because I have celiac disease and less people means less risk of contamination putting my mind at ease.

Traditions Hall was the best on-campus living experience I've had while attending Florida State. The dorm is only available for Juniors and seniors so the hall is filled with mature residents. What separates this hall from the others is the apartment-style dorms. The dorms are equipped with a living area as well as a fully furnished private kitchen. The dorm is placed close to the center of campus and while living there I was never more than an 8-minute walk away from my classes. It right next to the gym, the on-campus theater, as well as Doak Stadium. The rooms are private but the downside is that you have to share a bathroom with a single roommate. There is one public bathroom in the hall but it is cleaned daily by a great cleaning team that will always greet you with a smile on their face. Saftey is great too, only a few seconds away from the FSUPD. I docked one star for maintenance due to the elevators constantly going down.
