North Rim Apartments Dorm Reviews at GCU

I absolutely love these apartments on campus, not only are they central to everything, but also have a "homey" feel. I've lived in pretty much every living style on campus and these are by far my favorites, plus they come with additional amenities such as a dishwasher and bath tub. Would definitely recommend to anyone planning to move on campus.

These apartments are great for students who want to feel like they’re more independent and a little away from dorm life. Unfortunately, since these dorms are pretty old, we’d have to sometimes call maintenance a couple times a month for things like the lights/ ac not working, things breaking off easily, etc. But if you could get past that, then you’ll enjoy the independence (and also the kitchen space) compared to dorm life.
